I booked family rooms 224 and 226 for my family of 7. There was a bit of a standstill at reception when I was asked for ID and I didn't have any with me. Lucky my husband did. We all ended up in 226 as there was ample space there. It was clean and pleasant. The tables need renewing and the bathroom shower pressure is weak but doable. The sink taps work in alternate directions but the pressure in the sink is great haha. Check in was allowed from 15.00 and had to check out for 10.00. Parking on site at £5 per night. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Bournemouth.

The staff were very helpful, it had a good atmosphere, there was a singer on the one of the nights - he was really entertaining. Easy parking, Very clean The hotel was a little tired but it was clean cheap and cheerful with really helpful staff and a good breakfast. I would stay here again
