Everything was perfect. The location of the hotel is great. Just a walking distance to pretty much everything. The receptionit's, the cleaners and the kitchen staff were exceptionally good. Mr Rio at the breakfast restaurant is absolutely a gem. The entire hotel was spotless. The room was clean with good facilities. The bed was so comfortable. The sauna, swimming pool and the jacuzzi were very clean too. I will go back again

the staff especially the bar and restaurant staff were extremely helpful and friendly they addressed us just like we were friends already fantastic hotel and i’d highly recommend it to anyone

Breakfast staff were excellent, only two on, never stopped replenishing and clearing tables, no sign of management stepping up at busy periods ?
