Hotel staff were very friendly as soon as we arrived. The rooms were clean & tidy. Bit outdated but nevertheless what do you expect for £45 a night. Much better than a lot of hotels in Bournemouth. I would definitely recommend it. The gardens were nice to relax in. The BBQ was on when we arrived. We were all made to feel at home. As soon as we arrived. ..

Everything far exceeded our expectations. We booked this last minute, the property was outstanding! Very spacious and classy, and the host Alexandra made some great recommendations for dinner that we far beyond enjoyed! I will not book anywhere else if we are ever in the area again. THANK YOU AGAIN! WE LOVED EVERYTHING!

Good location for access to the city centre. Comfortable room. Good selection of tea/coffee in room. Nice and quiet despite fairly busy road. Very friendly and welcoming hosts.
