Unique place, more like a museum, but very comfortable for a stay- beautiful and cosy. Highly recommend for visiting- both hotel and Boulder city.

The rooms are very special, we had a unique room, which was designed as a tribute to Sgirley Tempel. The facilities were great, we enjoyed sitting by the fire in the lobby and resting. and the distance to Reid airport was very convenient for us

The Boulder Dam Hotel is a historic hotel, built during the construction of Boulder (Hoover) Dam. There is a large fireplace in the 2-story lobby which adds to the historic atmosphere. Many rooms are themed for one of the celebrities who visited the hotel in its early days: our room was the Shirley Temple room. The room was not too large, bur very clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant, which was comparable to many coffee shops but in a historic atmosphere. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at both check-in and check-out.
