Cozy and warm, with shared bathrooms that were exceptionally clean and well maintained. We appreciated the water station and the availability of ice packs in the small communal fridge. It was also very convenient to have Amazon packages delivered directly to the hotel reception. Super friendly staff!

Love the decor, it's so cool and welcoming. Staff are great. The rooms are regular and shared bathrooms aren't ideal but they are clean and well maintained. Also having a 12PM checkout instead of the 11AM everyone does now is SO NICE.

The hotel itself was really nicely decorated. The staff were super nice and helpful. The temperature within the hotel and room was perfect. It was perfectly situated for exploring the city

This is a unique property and we stayed across the road in the loft apartments. The hotel is in a lovely locality close to BackBay and Arlington stations, so you can go anywhere! We didn’t see the staff much which was great for us , but every time we needed them they were there to help out. Always courteous and prompt.
