Perfect location. Extremely friendly staff & stunning room. Coffee in the mornings at the lobby and water daily in the room were a lovely touch. Highly recommend this Hotel.

The Lenox hotel was just stunning. Coffee every morning in the foyer was a lovely touch. It was so central.beside Newbury street. The Boston library was just across the road.what a place to visit.just amazing. The staff each and every one of them always had a smile on their face. Nothing was ever a problem For them. Could not recommend this hotel enough. If you are thinking of booking it don’t hesitate.

Very well localized, close to the conference center. Helpful staff, three nice restaurants inside. The room is spacious with Lindt chocolates in your bed upon arrival. Very nice housekeepers as well. They changed our linen all the time we requested.

It was clean, the rooms were comfortable. The gym is well equipped which is nice. Rather quiet except if you’re near the elevators. Good location to go in the city and newbury st

Loved everything about the Lennox! Good location. Classic and modern at the same time, friendly and helpful staff, great food, lively bar, my room was clean, plus there was tasty coffee waiting for me in the lobby each morning. The hotel was a perfect mix of personal and professional
