I was first assigned a room facinng the courtyard with very little natural light, which was in stark contrast to the pictures shown on booking.com. After pointing this out, Ismael kindly assigned me to a room flooded by daylight. Thank you again, I really enjoyed the new room and view.

Overall, all of the staff were very kind and welcoming. It’s been a while since I experienced such warm hospitality in the U.S., and I truly appreciate it. My sincere thanks to all the staff members. Our family felt right at home and had a great stay—thank you so much!
