Fantastic hotel in good location with very comfortable, well appointed, clean rooms (the bed and pillows were great!) Service was excellent, check-in and out simple and efficient and any needs met promptly e.g. the hairdryer in the room was not working properly and a replacement was provided straight away upon request Also, the cafe downstairs (in which you receive a discount as a guest) is fantastic with great coffee/pastries!

Location Location Location brilliant near all the key historical locations harbour bars shops entetainment aquarium Very comfortable rooms great staff nice coffee shop and restaurant.Ps you get an allowance to use those facilities

Great staff, good restaurant, nice big room. The hotel has a welcome, non-corporate feel.
