I really appreciated the attentiveness and camaraderie of the cleaning staff, and that one of the front desk attendants (of course, a sister) offered to let us check in without waiting too long, as there were clean rooms available. I think those little touches make you feel like more than just a customer: the empathy and humanity shown to someone traveling for work who is tired, needs a shower, and after all, is paying for good service. It was also very practical to leave your luggage at the front desk and be able to do what you need to do after check-out, knowing that your bags are well taken care of.

I had seen several reviews mentioning construction, so I brought noise-canceling headphones just in case. However, the construction seemed to be finished, and the facilities were clean and quiet. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, only a 2–3 minute walk to the Hynes Convention Center via the Prudential Center, allowing me to reach the venue without facing the cold Boston wind. For this price, the location is almost unbeatable. During staying, I saw several graduate students and speakers who attending conference like me in here.
