Very comfy bed, clean bathroom. The lobby was vibrant with Christmass decoration and the location was perfect for my trip. I didn't interact much with the staff as there were no issues during my short stay and as such I can't comment on the customer service.

Location was very good for us. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The bed was good. Go to Tatte (5 minute walk) for breakfast, really good place and the money you save will pay for the parking! (See below).
