I was genuinely quite surprised at how clean and fresh it was. Wasn’t sure what to expect above a bar. Staff on arrival were really lovely.

There was no breakfast, The room though had a microwave and you could also order meals in using an app - not something I wanted to do but it would suit some, The bed was comfortable and there was a large TV with most of the usual channels plus a good selection of films. The hotel is right close to the famous Boston Stump so you've no chance of getting lost!

Lovely stay, room clean & tidy, good quality bed linen/towels. Well presented. Good location, key code access to external entrance and room key to door. CCTV in public areas. Safe and secure. Staff friendly and thoroughly explained access at check in. WiFi available and good signal/connection. Good large shower facility with nice pressure and good temp available.

Great location. Great little en-suite and a good view out of the first floor rear window to the beer garden. Tea and coffee making facilities.
