I cycle tour a lot and all I want is 2 things, a clean room and a comfortable bed, often I am disppointed but here was fine. The couple running the pub are brilliant, helpful and friendly. It's great looking pub and in a good location, only a short walk to the centre and only 2 mins for a shop if you are in need of anything. Decent amount of coffee/tea etc in my room. The ensuite was fine and the shower powerful. I'd stay here again but not in the single room.

Good location and was good that dogs were allowed! Rooms were hot but that was down to the weather! We were supplied with fans so that helped.

Friendly staff Dog friendly, Excellent breakfast, Room immaculate, comfy beds, very well equipped rooms. Parking easy and on site. Great location. Nothing not to like.
