The rooms are exactly as shown in pictures. The staff are very freindly and supportive and they have an excellent restaurant. The only problem was that there are no elevators even though there are 4 floors.

The view from the room was fantastic — mountains on the left side and the beautiful lake on the right side. Perfect spot for a morning stretch and for an evening sit with a cup of tea. Speaking of tea, the hotel`s restaurant has a tasty selection of tea. We tried all of them and it was fantastic. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel tour guide is extremely helpful, kind and drove us for two days for what had been among the best nature exploring trips in my life. On the whole lake of Issyk-Kul, it is one of the if not the best hotels.
