I liked the stuff , the receptionist abbas , he was helpful and very nice , i had a flu and I asked for lemon tea, they sent totally free, I had come early and they gave me free coffee and free tea and even free check in, stuff is amazing honestly and hotel is clean and quiet close to the bus stop and in front of it there is a mall.

Good location nearby the airport, clean room and good value for money, byt the only downside is noise. We can hear some noise from the street. + and every one passing the floor will hear our conversation. But overall, good location and choice

We liked everything about this hotel. We had the Seaview room and it wasn't noisy as what others has commented. Probably some didn't close the windows. The hotel is walking distance to Forum, the largest shopping mall there. Hotel is located in between airport and city centre. There are many mini bus across the hotel that charges only about 8 lari each way to city or airport which is just 5-10min away. Breakfast selection is amazing and staffs are super courteous and kind. A huge credit to Abbas the manager who arranged everything soo nicely for us. As it was summer they provided a blanket and not duvet. But after requesting for a thicker blanket they immediately gave a comforter. The aroma in the hotel and room was very calming as well. Loved the melon smell/incense in the room which is a good touch from the hotel. The whole property was kept very clean. Thank you Emay for the hospitality. Will definitely stay here again if I go back to trabzon
