the size of the property was great and set us up wonderfully for the 40th birthday with family. it was suitable for the small children and pets and the location is stunning alongside the property.

Fantastic communication from the host. The property is nice and snug, and is also unique to stay in. You can fit 4 cars on the driveway quite well. Good instructions are left behind the property for use etc.

My group of 7 friends thoroughly enjoyed itself at this lovely large thatched cottage. The living accommodation is excellent with 4 comfortably sized bedrooms, large well-stocked kitchen and plenty of internal living space. There is a large annex which provides access to the good-sized heated pool. The annex is a separate living space it its own right, all it misses is a kitchen. The owners have thought of most things that renters would require: there are plenty of utensils in the kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, etc. This property is also ideal for people with dogs. We were fortunate to have 3 lovely sunny days in May so the swimming pool was a great plus. There is room for comfortably fitting 2 largish cars off the road at the back of the house, although you can fit 3 there at a push; there is plenty of on street parking nearby. There is also a small Co-op shop opposite the back entrance and a very good fish and chip shop a 30 second walk from the house. You do need a car to get to Bosham itself, which is about a mile away; but the railway station and bus stop are only minutes from the house. My wife and I would certainly consider staying here again with our family.
