Fantastic stay, our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic every morning. Cooked options with quality products. Plenty of cereals, yogurt, fruit etc. The location is beautiful and rural, though there are shops and pubs etc 5-10 mins drive away in the nearby town of Boroughbridge. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. All the expected amenities available. We enjoyed walking around the farm seeing the horses and the local wildlife.

Very relaxed and homely feeling, a great base for us between York and Harrogate. The breakfast was sourced locally and very nice. We loved the old farmhouse atmosphere, and our hosts Sophie & Will were very friendly and informative of the area. Finally, a nice touch was Phoebe, the sheep who, when you called her name, she came running over, wagging her tail just like a dog...❤️😎 I would highly recommend this working farm as a base for anyone staying in the area...Thank you..
