Such a great place to stay at a very reasonable price. It had everything we needed. The room was clean, warm, the beds comfortable, the water hot (we were staying at a colder time, so having it warm was very relevant). It was quiet and within walking distance to central park and market. Very kind hosts

The room we had is on second flor with a cute balcony, clean, well mantained. There is everything you need around (grossery, hsops, cafés etc) and it's very close (15 min) from the main Borjomi park, walking distance, as well as 5 min from the "small park". The hosts are absolutely kind and attentive. Very nice place to stay in family, in couple, or alone.
