We liked the accommodation, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and bright, and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including dental kits with toothbrushes, which I consider quite rare. I especially want to highlight the restaurant: a great view from the panoramic windows, very tasty food, large portions, all for a reasonable price. The view from the room was also good, if you don’t pay attention to the construction site.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean, the staff were amazing, very welcoming and helpful and made sure everything was to our liking and met our needs. Their restaurant is also great, with a cozy atmosphere, the food was very tasty, the prices were good. It's definitely the best choice if you want a quieter place, because it's still very close to the centre,highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.

The room was very clean, light. Great soundproofing, we absolutely didn’t hear sounds from outside. The stuff was very helpful. We asked for smaller pillow and they changed it. So, we are grateful for this

We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Borjomi Hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed and a lovely view. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is perfect — quiet, yet close to the park and main attractions. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with good variety. Overall, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy Borjomi — highly recommend! 🌿✨
