The location is good, quiet and close to everything in the city. The owner is very friendly and generous and answers all questions. I loved the place and the neighbors

The owner is a great and welcoming man, the villa is great with 2 floors, everything is perfect for short and long stay, the river is around 2 min walking and even borjomi park is so near by the car. For me i like to stay near down town always and this is perfect for me. This house is even very good for families who like privacy.

Host met us in the city, so it was easy to find the place. The house is spacy, exceptionally clean, beds are comfortable and view is nice.
