The stay at Hótel Vesturland was fantastic, it had a very nice interior and a great style. With a great restaurant and bar along with a spa which was very comfortable. Also a very good location, close to everything and had everything we needed.

Extremely guest centric staff and hotel owner. We had booked a smaller room than intended. We realized this only upon reaching the property. Given we were 5 guests and the hotel was fully booked, the owner was considerate enough to accommodate us in the presidential suite for a rather modest daily charge. His consideration ensured our stay at the hotel was comfortable and our trip to Iceland was memorable. Thank you so much :) The rooms and the hotel location were both excellent. The breakfast had variety.
