My review is based on the house rather than the room that I was allocated which J asked to move from. The house is spacious, comfy beds. Gorgeous garden and outdoor spaces to enjoy.

It has a rustic feel to it. Lovely fireplace. The owner can’t speak English but we get by with Google Translate. She was kind and generous. It was a convenient place for us to stop over before St Emillion

A whole section of a typical old French farmhouse, with all the facilities and functioning equipment, what’s not to like! Everything you could possibly need from log burner, fully functional large kitchen with lovely garden and farm grounds, quiet, comfortable throughout ,oh and dog friendly also. Host was very happy and helpful to show you around. Shame we only used as a stop over travelling back from Portugal. Would recommend and will be back.
