Location was approximately 25 minutes walking to downtown Bordeaux and most of the sites and Saint Jean train station! Buses were readily available ,as well as a tram that serviced the core area of Bordeaux!! The apartment was spacious ,modern,well equipped and ideal for our needs while in Bordeaux! Two level loft with bedroom and bathroom on second level and well equipped kitchen ,sitting area and sofa ,TV area on ground floor!Elevator or one set of stairs to apartment level!Building was occupied by 4 Villa Erizio apartments with somewhat similar layout…very nicely renovated and comfortable !Quiet neighbourhood !Check in was easy as access code to buildings and apartment was provided before arrival and follow up communication from Villa was provided to ensure any necessary orientation! We going the check in very smooth!!

We have stayed at Villa Erizio several times and it is the first place we try to book when we return to Bordeaux. The accommodation is very well appointed with modern decor and very comfortable furnishings. Small details are well thought out to give a feel of luxury. It is an ideal place to stay for one night or longer as the kitchen area offers a good self catering option. It is a short walk from the centre and has easy access to public transport.

A lovely building. It was great to have two rooms plus a spacious bathroom; the apartment had a lovely feel and was very comfortable. It was good to have a coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher, and the communal washing machine & tumble dryer were useful. The bedroom was particularly comfortable, very spacious with a small desk and two armchairs.
