I stayed at the Best Western in Bordeaux with my uncle, and we had a lovely experience. Our two rooms were comfortable and well-kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The best part was definitely the location — perfectly situated for exploring the city and enjoying everything Bordeaux has to offer. A convenient and pleasant place to stay!

Reception staff were excellent, friendly and professional. They gave us good advice about transport and sights to see and provide a map marked with things to see. We had an upgrade to a larger room which was brilliant. This was the room we would have booked had it been available when we made our reservation. The breakfast room was, like the rest of the hotel, clean and welcoming. The food was well presented and more than adequate. The position of the hotel was great at the heart of the city. Many tourists uneasy sights were easy to walk to and the buses and trams were very nearby and handy.
