Resort Overview

Steps from the white sands of Boracay Beach, Henann Regency Beach Resort and Spa enjoys a prime beachfront location, a 5-minute walk from D’Mall. It features 3 outdoor pools and 4 dining options.
Henann Regency Beach Resort and Spa is a 45-minute flight from Manila. Airport pick-up transfer service can be arranged upon request at additional charges.
Air-conditioned rooms at Henann Regency Beach Resort and Spa are spacious with ample seating area. They are fitted with cable TV, a minibar and tea/coffee making facilities. Some rooms have a private balcony overlooking the resort’s pools.
Guests can visit the Kai Regency Spa for a soothing massage at an extra cost, or work out at the fitness centre. Other facilities include a mini mart and business centre. The resort also has a tour desk which organises excursions.

If you are interested to get the resort’s transportation service, please ensure to get an email acknowledgement or confirmation as proof of booking, otherwise, written request provided here cannot be arranged. Take note that this transportation request requires an extra fee on your personal account so to confirm your seat/s, you have to provide us your permission first to proceed with the arrangement. In addition, complete flight information, number of persons and contact details are required to process your request.
A surcharge of PHP 1,456.00 per person, per night for regular rooms and PHP 2,464.00 per person per night for all Suite rooms applies for a maximum of 1 guest per room you wish to add to your reservation. Please note that these rates are subject to change without prior notice.
A credit card incidental deposit of PHP 2,000 or higher (depends on the room category booked) per room per night is required upon check-in. Should there be no charges incurred during the stay, credit card pre-authorization will be cancelled upon check-out, refund is then subject to issuing bank’s policy.
There is an additional charge to use the massage, sauna and spa.
Room rates on December 31, 2026 (New Year's Eve) and February 5, 2027 (Chinese New Year) include a common buffet dinner. Minimum of 2 people and 4 people for Family Room, Royal Suite and Presidential Suite. To guarantee your reservations, an extra person is also required to pay for dinner upon check-in based on the prevailing rate. Kid rate and charge will be determined on-site depending on their height. Mandatory Dinner will still be charged even if guests cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival or other reasons.
Only one (1) child aged 0–4 years old may stay free of charge per room when sharing with parent(s) , extra child will be subject to an extra fee.
Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Great location and very quiet of a night. Room was also very dark great for a good sleep in. Staff were great. Good options were vast.

Everything! Great location on the beach, rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, aircon worked well, staff were friendly. An extra plus was the free water dispensers outside the rooms so we didn’t need to buy water, and sunbeds on the beach.
