The fine print
Please note that all rooms may enjoy a maximum of 2 devices access except Family Room which have a maximum of 4 devices access. Please contact the property directly for further details.Effective October 3, 2022, mandatory gala dinner is included in the room rate for bookings passing New Year's Eve (December 31). Number of persons included per room rate is based on the minimum occupancy-2 persons for all room types except for Family Room-minimum occupancy of 4 persons. If the number of guest is less than the required minimum occupancy, the property will still charge based on the minimum requirement. Extra person/s will be charged with mandatory gala dinner as well.- Baby cot is available at an additional charge.
- Children between 0 to 4 years old: Free of Charge - Maximum 1 kid allowed per room, any excess will be charge accordingly.
• Extra person charge will be collected accordingly upon check-in
• Airport transfer is available at an additional charge. In order to reserve the transfer, please inform the property of your arrival details 48 hours prior to arrival.
• A credit card security deposit of PHP 2,000 per room per night is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded within 30 business days following the stay.

Great location on station 2 with beach access, close to restaurants and short walk to dmall. Definitely reccomend, the pools were cleaned every single day and super warm. Sun beds beachfront for Hennan Garden Guests only. Got a free upgrade due to construction near our room and staff were really helpful and easy to talk to.

3rd time to stay at this hotel and it won’t be my last. The staff continue to work to very high standards of customer service - I feel like they are my family and friends. I can’t express how much this Henann hotel gives a more friendly feel compared to others, and it also has the most a best swimming pools (in my opinion). I can’t single out any staff for special mention, but from Manager level down and across all departments, everyone was excellent! I love this place, the staff and the improvements they continue to make. The restaurant food has improved even more, and the meat carveries were excellent! Will be returning very soon.
