I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service provided at coast. The level of care and the exceptional value placed on guests is unparalleled. Ben in particular, who made us comfortable on the beach right out the front was a superstar. As you step out of the water, Ben and Johnny will greet you with a towel and take great care setting up towels and refilling your water. Likewise, little touches such as the delivery of a local dessert to your room. The complimentary provision of tote bags, thongs, hand sanitizer are all fun additions. The kids also loved the afternoon popcorn and ice cream by the pool. The location is also next level. There’s no better place for sunset drinks (two for one at happy hour). We also loved our breakfast at Cha Chas.

It is absolute gem. There is not enough words to describe how wonderful this place is. The staff are amazing, polite, smiling all the time. Location is top. Breakfast is superb. Many small details make the stay unforgettable. They have sun beds on the beach with is additional bonus, as well as two swimming pools. Many, many great things. If possible I would give COAST a 100, not 10.

Friendly, helpful staff (Johny especially ewerywhere!!) welcome drink, photo, fruits in a room upon arrival, 2 pools, separate children's section, games room, self-service popcorn machine, cozy restaurant terrace, privat beach, lots of gift shops.

- Convenient airport transfers to and fro with all the land trips and speedboats covered - Courteous and helpful staff - Decent sized, cozy room with adequate supplies, welcome fruit basket and daily supply of small pastries - Attentive staff on the beachside (shout out to Ben who was very attentive )

Right on the doorstep of an amazing beach, perfect location. The staff treat you like royalty and nothing is too much trouble for them, special mention to Ben and Jony who were brilliant throughout our stay and couldn’t do enough for you, would definitely recommend and was sad to leave. Bed was VERY comfortable

Hats off to the whole team, but especially Jony at the beach and other excellent workers who made our stay very pleasurable. The arrangement from pickup at airport to boat ride to another taxi to hotel was amazing. So easy. Classy touch on uploading the pic to our TV screen when we checked in. The breakfast was excellent and the choice and quality of food was very good. We will come again and recommend it to others.

Our second stay at The Coast and everything about this property is fabulous. From pick up at the airport, speedboat across to Boracay island, check in with refreshing towels and welcome drink. The rooms are nice, modern and clean, the pool area is kept neat and tidy and guests are attended to with a smile all the time. Plenty of pool towels, balls and lounges. Every afternoon there is free ice cream and popcorn. Buffet breakfast is good and does the job but we have had had better. Lunch snacks are plenty to keep you going until dinner. The beach crew are the best!! They set you up in sun or shade with a mate and plenty of towels and cold icy water that is replenished frequently. Location is great, beachfront and metres to restaurants, shops and bars. Special shout out to Jony, Ben and CJ plus Bryan at the front desk who never seemed to sleep and always welcomed us each time we left or returned to the hotel.

The location was great and the service was amazing. Really good breakfast. Free popcorn and free ice cream at the pool and free filipino treats in your room every afternoon. Upon checking in, you are greeted with welcome drinks in the lobby and fresh local fruits in your room. It was a hassle free experience getting from Caticlan airport to the resort! Hotel staff were amazing, even if you are sunbathing on the beach staff will always be ready to attend to you.
