All the staff were very welcoming and friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble they even printed of our ferry tickets. They also have a very friendly old tortoiseshell cat.The accommodation was excellent with air-conditioning. The bed was so comfortable. bathroom was spacious with hot water. The jacuzzi was so good on the room over looking the sea. The hotel was in walking distance to the D mall and white sands beach loads of restaurants and bars and shops. Local shops and bars and restaurants near the hotel too. We loved staying there that we extended our stay and we certainly would stay there again.

Quiet locatation on the windward side of the island close to the shoreline. So, the micro climate is nice. The beach is not really for swimming. Lots of kite surfing! The other side of the island with nice beaches is within walking distance (25 minutes) or take an electrical tryke (50 - 100 PhP). The hotel room was nice with a nice big bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle bus to the nearest shopping mall (D-Mall).

Well renovated/maintained. Silent AC and good water pressure. Staff was super available, nice and helpful with 5 stars service. Location is calm and yet quite central given the size of the island. Night jacuzzi on the rooftop was cherry on top ! Access to a clean and complete kitchen on the rooftop was just the best.

A huge 'thank you' to the truly outstanding Aira Boracay team - Rose, Arnel, Ai, Joven, EJ, Grace, Sam and all - for making our stay at the beautifully located Aira Boracay hotel so very special! Each and every staff member, at all times, displayed professionalism, dedication and cheerfulness - every staff encounter always leaves guests smiling. Aira Boracay management, you have a truly wonderful team here! Rose answered our transfer queries promptly, provided a quick, informative check-in, with Arnel and a colleague cheerfully assisting with luggage. First impressions, this hotel would be marvellous - and it was! Thoughtful touches, such as swan towels and slippers, add to the excellent Aira Boracay experience. In a great location just across the road from clean, pretty Bulabog beach (proud local people removing plastics and rubbish daily), with its daily breathtaking kitesurfing, this elegant hotel has a frequent, complimentary shuttle service to D'Mall, professionally chauffeured by helpful Arnel and Joven, where there is a vast range of restaurants and bars for all tastes and budgets. For trips further afield, the 'hop-on, hop-off' bus stop is two minutes walk away. Although no swimming pool, there is a rooftop jacuzzi available. Such are the spectacular views from the rooftop terrace, again, with a clean beach just across the road, we did not miss a swimming pool. Hopefully, there may be plans for rooftop dining facilities - if so, with its spectacular panoramic view of Bulabog's clear turquoise, emerald seas, Aira Boracay could truly be No1 restaurant on Bulabog! Many of the large rooms have a splendid seaview, which is highly recommended to take in the unique seascape and be soothed by the sea breeze and rolling waves, whilst sat on a spacious balcony. A few days' stay here is simply not enough.
