Really enjoyed my stay here, rooms were clean and very comfortable, quiet, great location. Staff were outstanding, always friendly and helpful went the extra mile to make sure my laundry was done in short time frames and great for helping to orgnaise guides etc for my hike

OK, this is an old hotel which is crying out for some investment and a refurb. However, the good definitely outweighs the bad! A comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, a hearty breakfast, lovely communal areas with seats and hammocks, a great location (5 mins walk from the town’s best restaurants and bars) and super-friendly and helpful staff makes this an absolute winner to my mind!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was a bit expensive given the size of the room but I guess is in line with typical costs in Panama. Staff were really friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the free breakfast that was included, with a nice bit of variety from morning to morning. Also appreciated how they gave me a bigger yogurt, fruit and granola portion instead of meat. The garden is beautiful with big comfortable hammocks and lovely views of the lush green mountains. It's about a 10 minute walk from the main high street but plenty of nice restaurants nearby.
