Absolutely beautiful villa , Noi was amazing, in every day. If there was a small problem, it was sorted immediately. We had lost my brother, and this was a family holiday so we could all be close together, as my daughter lives in Australia. And the villa certainly lived up to all our expectations, and also had lots of contact with the owner was extremely helpful. We even had a beautiful present on new years eve which was unexpected and we were very grateful. Amazing location. Gated community. Beach and restaurant and hotel on beach front, definitely worth a visit. It made a very difficult year for us very memorable. Thanku soooo much

We had the most amazing stay at this villa! The location is unbeatable, right on the beachfront. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves was pure magic, like a dream come true. The view from the windows is absolutely stunning, even photos don’t do it justice. The beach is clean and quiet, right next to a five-star resort. We were told the King of Thailand has a residence nearby, so the area is super safe and the water is always crystal clear with no low tides. The villa itself was perfect, spacious, spotless, fresh, and very comfortable. It even felt like it had been recently renovated. Everything was just right. Housekeeping came every day with fresh towels and linens, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We rented a scooter to explore the island, but honestly, nothing compared to “our” beach, it was by far the most beautiful spot. We left full of joy, relaxed and recharged. We would 100% recommend this place and can’t wait to come back again, hopefully with all of our family next time!

My wife and I stayed at the Art Villa on Samui, and it was absolutely amazing! From the very first moment, we fell in love with the breathtaking views from the windows—this place is truly paradise! The sea is just a few steps away. The villa is the very first one on the beach: you step outside, walk past the pool, and you’re already on a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water! And we do have something to compare it with, as we travel a lot. We organize yoga retreats in the most beautiful places on the planet. We’re writing this review after visiting several nearby 5-star hotels, and in our opinion, they don’t match up to this villa. The main reason is the location—just about 20 meters to a gorgeous beach. The sea here is one of the cleanest in Thailand, with no low tides, and the entry into the water is smooth and safe. Plus you have a private pool just a meter from the house, and another stunning large pool just 10 meters from the villa! There’s also a spacious private area,perfect for relaxing or practicing yoga. We stayed as a couple, but the villa can comfortably accommodate 2–3 families, as there is also a separate guest house on the property, complete with its own kitchen and all amenities. Another big advantage is the price — it’s significantly lower than the 5-star hotels we looked at! And the space and capacity at the Art Villa are 3–4 times greater than those hotels offer. Inside the villa, everything is neat and well thought out, with everything you need for self-catering, even for a large group of people. I’d like to especially mention the staff—they were friendly and attentive. The villa and grounds were cleaned daily, laundry was done,and everything was taken care of. They did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and memorable.They recommended great local restaurants (just 40 meters from the villa),organized excursions,helped with renting a scooter. All expectations!We will definitely come back here with a yogatur. Highly recommended!
