Once a Splendid Hotel, Now in Need of Renovation It’s clear that when this hotel first opened, it must have been truly splendid. The layout is well thought out, and the rooms are spacious and impressively planned. You can tell that a lot of care went into its original design. However, the hotel now feels tired and is in urgent need of renovation. The ponds are dirty and poorly maintained, which detracts from the overall atmosphere. Breakfast is average at best, and the dining room feels more in line with a 3-star hotel rather than the 4-star rating it claims. While the rooms are extremely well designed and generously sized, they are outdated. It’s a real shame because with just a bit of effort and some basic refreshing, this hotel could easily return to its former glory.

Nice room with every comfortable bed. There was a bath which is uncommon in Thailand, especially on the islands. Big choice of food on a breakfast buffet and swimming pool with the sunset view.

Nice and clean room (we had the room with private pool) and the resort as such is cosy and with three nice pools - one with infinity pool with a view over the beach

Very comfortable family room, huge bathroom and very comfortable beds. Staff were very accommodating and attentive.
