Place was basic but clean. Everything worked ok, staff were friendly, gave me a free upgrade to a double room. Location was ideal for what i needed.

The room was cozy (ie well heated) and you could not hear the guests in the room next door. The bathroom was nice. There is a Lidl or Audi approximately 5 mins walk away (which you pass if you go to/from the accomodation via Seaforth train station)

Everything was great!! it's a lovely hotel The Staff are really friendly and help with anything you need, Kartar was excellent he was very professional and welcoming Will defo stay again
