Staff genuinely interested in their guests. Increasingly rare in my country sadly so when staff do ask where you've come from and engage in real conversation it lifts you. Especially if you're a solo traveller like myself. And they have conditioner in the shower(and, yes, beds super comfy, food is excellent too).

The room was lovely and clean, the location was beautiful, and the food was absolutely amazing. Also, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, we had a fabulous time.

The food here is brilliant. We’ve had the excellent sausage and mash several times before. We’ve had it again. Also, some other dishes which were very tasty. The breakfasts are also plentiful and tasty. Location wise, The boot inn is a great base to explore.

Breakfast was lovely. We also had tea there on two occasions during our stay and the food was fabulous. The staff were all really friendly and attentive. We've stayed here around 10 times now. Can't fault it.
