The fine print
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.Please note that in order to participate in recreational activities, children from 3 to 6 years old must be accompanied by a designated adult.Payment by credit card will only be accepted with the card of the holder of the reservation or nominated companion. If the card is in the name of a third party, the reservation will be automatically canceled.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Exceptional genuine friendliness everywhere, quick service, very clean huge grounds, warm and hot pools, very comfortable king size beds. We slept really well. Kids team is really hands on and create magic out of little things that the small kids love. Despite the language barrier, everyone is more than happy and prepared to make a plan and to use Google translate. I can

Very nice and spacious resort with plenty of big rooms (good quality aircon) and parking spaces in front of each room, different types of swimming pools/sauna/whirpool, big restaurant and seperate bar, small gym, small massage saloon, small gift shop, big pond for fishing with grilling area. Planty of outdoor sport activities within the hotel area especially for kids, so I highly reccommend this resort for big families. However it´s neccesary to count with renting a car (or a car with driver) to be able to move around the city and visiting the amazing nature. Resort has its own travel tour office in its area, which can also arrange the car with driver.

so well set up for families! we had an absolute amazing time! and the kids club staff are the best i have ever seen! we didnt speak alot of portugese (none really) and they went out of their way to accommodate us! we loved and it and the kids will remember it forever!
