Nice foreshore outlook over Pumicestone Passage across a grassed area. Small two bedroom unit for up to four people at ground level. Set well back compared to other ground floor unit so view a little less panoramic from inside accordingly - upside is that it offers a little more privacy away from the passing traffic which I expect would be greater in warmer months. Nice to sit on front patio in good weather - is under cover and has an adjustable awning. Owner has done a nice job in giving living areas and bedrooms a seaside feel with decor; very pleasant and comfortable homey feel. Kitchen exceptionally well equipped with appliances and utensils, etcetera. Very good laundry facilities in garage. Location within easy walking distance to cafes, shops and jetty. Arrangements for collection and drop off of key from / to First National Real Estate good.
