The staff were incredible. The Flix bus drops you at the Bolzano Sud station which is no where near the main station and there were no taxis around in the early evening. I could have taken the train to the next station, but was unfamiliar with the metro system so when I called the hotel, they called me a taxi. That was just the beginnng of a great experience that included allowing me a late check out with no charge due to a rainy day departure. Breakfast was really good, the building is so interesting architecturally and very well decorated, and the location is great.

Its central location places guests within walking distance of numerous restaurants and the main shopping street, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and convenience. The staff are exceptionally helpful, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. The breakfast is excellent, providing a great start to the day. Additional amenities, such as the sauna and rooftop area, add a special touch to the stay. Highly recommended for those seeking comfort, charm, and a prime location.
