For the price we paid, the accommodation was exceptional. Greta is a super host. The place had a lot of amenities, was super comfortable and it was located in a really quiet area!

The apartment was beautifully furnished and the hosts went out of their way to make sure that we were well looked after. Even when we had some issues accessing the key safe (completely our fault), within 5 minutes we were sent some help. We also really appreciated the Bosen card which gave us free use of public transport and entry to museums. Thank you.

Great central location and even parking was straightforward. Our host Cristina was very communicative and helpful. Super clean and well-equipped. Nespresso machine super. Standard of furniture high and bed very comfortable.

Bolzano is a lovely city, surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. Chic in the City is equally stunning place to stay, and has been put together with such care, thought and generosity, by Greta and Cristina. It was clean, comfortable and had every amenity you could need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We were greeted by Cristina, who helped us settle in and gave us great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Although a little way out of the centre, the bus services are so regular, reliable and cheap, that it is easy to get around the city. We had a fabulous time there, and hope to return at some time in the future.
