Friendly Staff. Large spacious modern room. Cleaned daily. Local Information available from front desk. Food/drink vending machine in lobby. Breakfast available for an added cost. Sited in the south of Bolzano, with plenty of parking, around 30 minutes walk into old town centre. Would stay again and recommend.

Very convenient for the autostrada and plenty of parking, but not much of an area and fairly far outside the city centre. Restaurants a 20 minute walk. Staff OK, but not over-helpful; maybe we hit a busy time. I have stayed in B&B hotels before - notably in Denmark - but this one was not as good as that. A selection of rather expensive pre-packed food to buy and microwave. (We passed on this and walked to a very nice pizzeria). However, it's economical.
