The responsiveness of our hosts was exceptionally fast and courteous. Hanna cares about her guests and we felt it. Her info package on-line was top notch. When we asked about parking and it was made available a video showing how to enter and exit the garage accompanied the information. It was perfectly detailed. It's all about the details. Father and daughter hosts were very kind.

We loved our stay at Baker House. Close enough to the Christmas markets, yet in a quiet location on the river. The apartment was spacious, clean, had everything we needed and beautiful views.

Very clean and spacious apartment with all necessary kitchenware. Right center in the old town of Bolzano. All information provided was kind and good enough to enjoy our stay for two nights there. Communication with the host was quite helpful and comfortable. Car park introduced by the host was also very convenient and safe.
