Great location with good bus connection or simple nice walk into town. Nice coffee machine available, spacious room, comfy bed, fridge noisey through night.

Great location between Bologna Centrale an City Center. Very clean. Very accommodating Host and always available Host. We were there for 2 nights for the F1 Imola. Perfect location, highly recommend. Thank you for a great experience!

Lovely room at just 20 minutes from the city center. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with every amenity you could need. Peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!
