William “Beautiful, accessible, well located, quiet rooms - great value for money”

This is a beautifully presented property with luxurious fittings and furniture, easily accessible from the motorway (despite Bologna’s current road works) 15 minutes gentle walk to the old town walls and a further 20 minutes max through the university arches to the very centre of old town with its history, sights and of course the old market for all foodie lovers. Located in a quiet spot next to a park, the room is very quiet with secure gated parking available. We were met by a lovely local man through whom we were fully inducted on entrance procedures. And I forgot to mention the shared (with one other room) very acceptable dining and kitchen area on top of your own coffee maker, kettle, fridge.

Ivan was a great host and extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean and located in walking distance to the historic center.
