Compared to the prices in Bologna this was a great place. Kind host and really helpful. Also right next to a bus station that drives to the centre in 20 minutes.

The property was very, very clean and organized. It felt as if we were the first guests to use the room. Flawless. Roberta, the host, was receptive. She sent me a message to schedule my check-in time and she assisted us during check-in and check-out and explained everything about the property. Excellent air conditioner, beautiful view from the windows. A very peaceful place. A 1-2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. There is a bus to the city center. We even took the bus from city center to the property late at night and everything was fine.

We were in Bologna for 2 days. Roberta is a great hostess! Helped us with airport transfer, waited for us from the airport, met us, explained everything in English Everything in the flat was well organised and everything that could be questionable was neatly signed. Roberta was always on the phone if we had any questions. We liked the kitchen the best, it was really comfortable and had a full set of utensils. Comfortable bathroom. Lovely view from the window. Great bed and blankets, we were surprised at how sweet we slept
