The room is very clean. Basic, but clean. Parking is handy if you're early enough to get it and the location is ok. Supermarket 2 blocks away, easily walkable into central Bologna.

It was fine. Better value than many hotels in Bologna. Slightly strange setting but was to be expected. Essentially using university accommodation. Bit of a walk to town but that's fine. If stay there again. Don't expect luxury and you won't be disappointed by the great value. Access was easy from emails sent.

Originally hospice with genius loci. Kind staff, cheep parking in object, free wifi, equipped shared kitchen. Walking distance to the city center.
