Wonderful “old style” hotel in centre of Bologna. Very high standards and outstandingly helpful staff from doorman to Reception staff etc etc.

Everything is exceptional. Beautiful interior, awesome location, fantastic food. The hotel team is very caring and going out of their ways to accommodate the guests - starting from the reception desk, to the restaurant and cleaning. The parking host went an extra mile today to help us when we were struggling to enter the location of the next destination of our journey after Bologna - we were so surprised and happy to find him double-checking on us at the point we were already frustrated in the car and figure it out! Big thanks ☺️

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. Staff were professional and attentive without being overbearing. The on-site restaurant offered quality meals, though a bit pricey. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience - ideal for a quiet, upscale retreat.
