The fine print
For bookings lasting more than 20 days, electricity and gas costs are included in the price up to a maximum of 70 EUR per month. Furthermore for reservations longer than 20 days, a deposit of 500 euro can be required. For reservations longer than 30 days, the signature and registration of a rental contract is required. All foreign citizens must possess or obtain an Italian tax code.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The situation was the best. If you looked up from the yard, the view was beautiful. With a little effort, it would be nice to drink your morning coffee there, for example. But not as it was now! Otherwise - everything worked. And we loved Bologna: two +70 years old ladies walking 12-15 km per day in 10 days in every direction, and one day in Ravenna!

We appreciated the free taxi from the airport to property via Booking.com (available over certain spend) which made for very easy transfer. The key drop off to us was very prompt at a very convenient bar just outside the property from a very friendly rep. Apartment felt very secure even though on groundfloor as access was through three sets of locked doors/gates. It was also very quiet. A good size patio area outside in own courtyard. Very convenient for Bologna centre along covered porticoes. Excellent take away pizza place (Radici) in Via Fondazza. Initial glitch with security deposit easily sorted and it was refunded promptly after our return.
