Comfortable, clean and spacious. Roomy closet. Nice coffee. Two things that have pros and cons: there’s cleaning every day (it’s nice but also maybe not needed and it means we need to be out of the room) and the online opening of the doors (it worked great for us but it means you must have good internet in front of and inside the building).

Francesca (the owner) was very welconing, kind and helpfull. She really ensured we are satisfied and assisted with our needs for taxi & restaurant reservations. Location is ideal and very centralized. A great choice within the central Bologna

Location was great, host was very helpful even though communication and registration was done electronically, we haven't even met.

Great location only a couple of blocks from the old Bologna centre. Very friendly and helpful owner who is quick to respond to queries and offer suggestions on best places to visit and eat.
