The fine print
In case of a no-show, and according to Colombian law "Ley 300 de 1.996. Artículo 65", the property will charge 20% of the total reservation price, or keep depositFor the application of the VAT exemption, foreigners and Colombians who enter the national territory without the intention of establishing themselves in Colombia and who prove such condition are considered residents abroad.
The foreigner residing abroad must prove their condition by presenting the original passport, the Andean card or the Mercosur card proving their immigration status; For this purpose, the passport must be stamped with the PT code (tourism permit) with a validity of 90 days or the type V visitor visa.
The national will accredit his condition of resident abroad, by presenting the documentation issued by the authorities of the country of residence (ID of the country of residence, foreigner identification card, residence card or certificate of residence), with the respective seal of residence. entry to the country stamped in the Colombian passport; therefore, it does not apply if the entry to the country is made through biometric migration.
The exemption in all cases will be applicable for the purchase of a tourist package by the national or foreigner residing abroad.

The bed was comfortable and I had a room with a nice view, which I really appreciated. The breakfast buffet was very good with a good variety. The restaurant staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping staff was also very kind Even though some staff members do not speak much English, they were still helpful and polite, which I appreciated
