Location was absolutely perfect for our free Downtown city tour we'd booked on to which starts outside the Gold Museum. It was 5 minutes walk with food options close too. When we first arrived it seemed like an unsafe area, we absolutely wouldn't have walked around close to dark but was fine in the day. We specifically booked this accommodation and paid more than other ones nearby because it offered the free airport shuttle, and even though previous reviews says this didn't happen, I think the only way it would not have worked was if you didn't contact them on WhatsApp and keep communication updated. We contacted them after booking and they asked for our flight details and told us to meet their staff upstairs of the airport, they sent us a photo of his face too. Our flight was delayed, we communicated this as soon as we knew and that man was there waiting for us :) This helped us enormously as we had been travelling for so long, and it was our first time in Colombia so not having to deal with taxis at 10pm, sleep deprived and not knowing exactly what the price/safety of taxis were was absolutely worth the slightly higher accommodation price, if anything balanced out what we could have paid for a taxi. Also, it stated the check in time was much earlier than we were checking in and it was all still arranged and the guy was there to meet us. He was super lovely and was patient with our slower Español to communicate and try and help us figure out a taxi back to the airport 2 days later early in the morning. Only 1 free shuttle is included but he arranged a taxi for us. The room and bed was clean and basic and quiet. There is a small downstairs communal area to sit. And the staff kindly filled our drink bottles with water (they said the tap water is safe), they did this in their staff area. Good WiFi, kind staff, perfect location for our needs for our 2 nights.

It was basic but great. Needed a bed for a night and this did the job. Price was fabulous. Location was good. Staff friendly. Would recommend for a budget stay

The location and the price are fabulous. You get what you pay for. Other hotels close by will be much more expensive.
