A lovely stay for when you first arrive to, or are about to leave Bogotá. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed very comfortable. Buffet breakfast has many options.

Great hotel, delicious breakfast, free shuttle service from-to the airport El Dorado. Friendly and helpful staff at reception, restaurant and during breakfast service. I would not hesitate to book it again even for longer than an overnight stay.

As it was my first time in South America and I traveled solo, I chose this hotel based on its feedback and location. I could not have chosen a better place. I was able to walk around by myself and felt safe during the day and at night too. The front desk staff was wonderful. I wish we had staff willing to assist like them in Europe. I mentioned to Sebastien that I was cold and he brought me a huge blanket with a nice smile. Him and another receptionist helped me book my first Uber experience, something I needed help with due to language barrier. The breakfast staff was also very nice. Thank you for being such welcoming representatives of your country. Thank you Sebastien.
