We arrived early our rooms were not ready as expected. The concierge had given us advice on activities and restaurants we could use. He was very helpful in making our stay comfortable and accommodating. Our room was cleaned and spotless. A good view from our floor. An excellent place to be if you want quiet and a place to rest and relax. We will definetely return on our next visit to Bogota?

The location is excellent for getting round. The staff were truly exceptional and service oriented. Asking them for coffee places and they would suggest some outside even though their own cafe was excellent. Very friendly concierge as well. They facilitated our bicycles being delivered and no issues at all. I was out at that time.
