The fine print
Please note that for stays from January 1, 2023 (inclusive), residents of Colombia and foreigners staying in the country 60 consecutive days or more must pay the national sales tax (19%) on the property during the stay. Foreigners with a tourist visa are exempt from this tax. In addition, if a person who is required to pay the tax and another who is exempt from the tax share a room, the tax may be applied to the entire room.

The hotel is in a beautiful building, the staff were very warm and welcoming and very accommodating. The food was fantastic and it was nice to eat sitting by the open fire - we highly recommend eating all meals here! The included, welcome cocktail was a nice surprise! Rooms and beds were comfortable and clean

HAB seems to be lowering the standards. The Speakers in the rooms have disappeared (3 months ago I inquired and they said they were in maintenance), but still they have not returned. Most of the time we check in to our room there are towels missing completely, or only one for two guests. The dispensers of soap, cream, shampoo, are often empty. In the downstairs bathroom of the restaurant/bar, they have replaced the soap in the very nice Loto del Sur dispenser with a cheap, intensively smelly green apple soap (Loto del Sur will not be happy if they hear about it) Perhaps they are trying to maximize profit short term in order to sell the hotel in the near future I thought... I like the hotel and its location, that's why I am posting this.

The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with great amenities like quality bath products and an excellent shower. I also appreciated the easy access to the small but resourceful gym. The staff were consistently polite and professional. Breakfast was also great.

A really beautiful and luxurious hotel. Fantastic location with lots of chic bars and restaurants nearby, our queen twin suit was enormous with a stylish bathroom. Loved the bar and restaurant area at the hotel, amazing cocktails and the lamb shoulder sharer was incredible. Felt totally safe and they took great care of us.
